Jesper is a marketing and start-up management professional with more than 20 years of experience working in most aspects of marketing and advertising. He has led projects for clients such as Google, Chevrolet, Red Bull, Beats by Dre, Samsung among others, and has been recognized by Cannes, Webby Awards, CLIO Awards, D&AD, LIA Awards, One Show, etc.

Gunnar can support organizations with strategic advisory within communication and IT-strategy, project management, business development, and business transformation. He has vast experience working with digital services in several different industries and domains such as Media, Banking, Travel and Hospitality, Public Service, Governments, e-commerce, and start-ups, covering large enterprises to mid-size and small organizations.
Managing Director / Client Director
Carl possesses a vast background as a consultant and leader within advertising, CX, and media. He's really passionate about driving innovation in the creative industry and has been working with brands like Telia, Mastercard, Coca-Cola, and Länsförsäkringar. He has been awarded in both Swedish and international creative awards shows. He also loves spending time with his frenchie, coincidentally named Frank.
Senior Product Designer
Thomas is an award-winning creative with a specialty in branding and digital. He comes from leading roles at agencies such as R/GA, KING, DDB, Forsman & Bodenfors, Garbergs, Saatchi & Saatchi, Strawberry Frog New York, B-REEL, and North Kingdom.
Head of DesignOps
Alexander has a strong passion for leading creative teams within design, technology, and problem-solving services. He has worked with CX strategy, planning, and execution for clients like Forex Bank, Inera/ Vårdguiden 1177, SEB, and Skolverket among others.
Ludvig is a veteran front-end developer with over 20 years of experience from startups, ad agencies, and production companies. Specializing in UI development, he spends most of his time working closely with art directors and UX professionals. He has transformed ideas into intuitive, responsive, and beautiful interfaces for clients such as Rädda Barnen, TV4, Cancerfonden, and Länsförsäkringar.
Head of Brand / AD
Louise is a designer with a strong passion for typography and layout paired with extensive experience in both digital and print. She possesses strong skills in digital practices, graphic design, and concept creation. She comes with a demonstrated history of working with Branding, Identity Design, User Experience, User Interface for web and mobile.
Christopher is passionate about creating exceptional experiences, at every level of the customer journey. From ideation, concepts, and design to iteratively improving a launched product or service. He has worked with clients like Forex, Inera/ Vårdguiden 1177, Apoteket, Nordea, and Svensk Fastighetsförmedling.
As a UX writer, Max is both a word guy and an idea guy. He’s good at finding the words that capture your brands’ personality, then using these words to make people care and take action. Max used to work as an architect and is a strong advocate for the marriage between copy and design. His background has made him skilled in approaching briefs with a bigger perspective and creating concepts that last longer.
Nackademin alumni Jimmy loves the visual parts of UX design, but he is just as interested and curious about who he is designing for and why. He appreciates the value of conducting traditional user-centric methods such as deep interviews, user testing, and workshops just to name a few.
Majah is a skilled product designer who always strives to meet needs, behaviors, and functions in perfect harmony. She has gained good experience of user-centered design at well-established companies such as H&M Group and Indiska Magasinet, where various UX methodologies have been planned, performed, and evaluated.
Simon is a goal-driven, leadership-oriented problem solver. A mathematician who likes to dig deep into complex systems, using his previous experience as a teacher for both the advisory and the relationship-building aspects of consulting. He prefers to work more coach-oriented, sharing insights and striving for good client relationships.
While being a graduate from the Royal Institute of Technology, Anders is really an entrepreneur. He recently guided tech company Aerogel through an IPO and is an experienced board member. When he is not busy investing he sits in the Frank chair.
CFO / Board Member
Stefan is an old PWC partner that is now spending his time investing and as an active board member in different companies. He used to be an avid wrestler, so watch the underhooks. Over at Frank, we are happy to have Stefan run our numbers.
